2023 Joshua's Starry Night Viognier
The Viognier comes from the Joshua’s Starry Night Vineyard in the Sierra foothills and fermented on its own and a small amount of Syrah is blended in before bottling. The wine exhibits white flower, lemon zest, orange sorbet with bright acid to lift and zing. Gentle skin contact lends great texture and kiss of Syrah brings out hints of green strawberry and other underripe red fruits.
