Tabeaux Cellars is a family-run wine farm in Amador County, CA nestled in tall oaks above the shining waters of Lake Tabeaud. With around 500 cases created annually, the family’s goal is to create the best expression of sustainably made, single-origin wines that highlight the Sierra Foothill terroir.

In keeping with our values of holistic wine making and sustainable environmental practices, the majority of our wines are made with certified organic and Lodi Rules sustainably grown grapes, with zero glyphosate usage as a sourcing minimum. For those conventional vineyards we work with, we provide consultation and assistance to farmers to convert to organic and biodynamic practices. During the wine making process we use only minimally effective sulfites, utilizing native yeast fermentations and zero additives or adjustments. The winery facility itself is built from home-milled timber and reclaimed materials, and is 100% solar powered.

Private tastings at the winery can be booked online via the tastings tab, with bottles available for purchase on site or in advance via wine club membership.
