Bring back the blush! This 2022 viognier from our Joshua’s Starry Night vineyard in Calaveras is aged in neutral oak barrels and topped up with the syrah that’s intermingled in the vineyard. An extended stay on the skins after pressing gives it grippy texture and syrah adds a blushing pink color. With notes of orange creamsicle, pear blossom, stone fruit, strawberry, and mace this grippy “orange” is a delicious wine to celebrate all things Spring! 100% native yeast, spontaneous fermentation, total So2 7.7ppm, 14% ABV.
